dfs Crufts 2011
Since 2011 I have worked on many campaigns for The Kennel Club, but was particularly pleased with the 2011 email campaign for Crufts. This year we produced a series of pre-event emails. These included emails to attract both the public and exhibitors, emails to provide updates to those who were attending the event and a post-event thank you note. The peak for some of the emails reached a conversion rate of 26% and achieved on average a 48% open rate – which was noted as an exceptional success and double the industry expectations.
